Tiny Tumblers: (ages 3 -5)
Introduction to balance, flexibility, movement patterns and basic skills on floor exercise for boys and girls ages 3-5 years. Must be toilet trained.
Level I Rollers: (1st grade & older)
Gymnasts will be taught basic gymnastics skills at an individual level. They will begin floor skills as well as movement on the uneven bars and beam.
Level II Skippers: (3rd grade & older)
This class is designed for gymnasts that are ready to expand their skills. We will focus on perfecting Level I skills and expanding on the beam, bars and floor. You must pass “Rollers” to enroll in this class.
Level III & IV Kippers: (3rd grade & older)
This class is designed for gymnasts that are ready to expand their skills. We will focus on perfecting Level II skills and expanding on the beam, bars and floor. You must pass “Level II Skippers” to enroll in this class or see Michelle.
Youth Cheer/ Tumbling class: (2nd grade & older)
The Cheer/ Tumbling class is designed to teach the student basic tumbling, jumps, kicks and basic stunts with an emphasis placed on correct form and technique; building the foundation for safety and advancement. Additional emphasis will be directed toward developing the necessary strength and flexibility to enable the student to master the skills and provide the physical basis needed for more advanced skills.
Girls: All students please wear leotards. Hair should be up in a ponytail and away from the face. No jewelry
Boys: All students should wear a T-shirt and shorts.
