Everyone is Welcome at the Y

The YMCA welcomes all who wish to participate and believes that no one should be denied membership based on their ability to pay. Through our Financial Assistance Program, we provide membership assistance to youth, adults and families based on individual needs and circumstances.

How to Apply for Financial Assistance

To apply for assitance simply complete the application form and then submit the application and the requested information regarding income and family size to the Member Service Center at the Spencer Family YMCA.  

Every YMCA member receives the same membership benefits, regardless of whether they are receiving a assistance. YMCA members can feel confident knowing that they are a part of an organization that cares greatly for the well-being of all people, and is committed to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
