During the school year when the kids get out early, send your child on a fun trip while you're still at work. Most event days are scheduled for Wednesdays. We leave the Y around 1pm and return by 5:00 for trips that are outside of the Spencer area.

WHEN: Friday's 8-10pm once a month
PRICE: $8 entry or $4 with a current YMCA youth membership card
WHAT TO WEAR: Dress to the theme. All outfits/costumes must be school appropriate and follow school dress code.
VOLUNTEERS: parent volunteers will get their child in FREE. Please contact the Y prior to the dance if you would like to be a parent volunteer.

Parents can enjoy a Saturday night out to themselves while their kids have fun in a safe secure environment.
Kids aged 2 -12 years old are invited to the Y for an evening of fun while you enjoy an evening away. Kids’ night may included activities such as games, crafts, playing on the POOL INFLATABLE in the warm water pool, jumping in the Bounce House and making snacks.

Thunderbridge Road Race is a race that the athletes run across the famous Thunderbridge. The race consists of a 5K & 10K road race that starts at approximately 1:00 PM at the Spencer Family YMCA. Registration will begin at 11:30 AM. Walkers and noncompetitive runners are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Course: Loop course around Stolleys Park and Thunderbridge with water stations throughout the course.
Post-Race: Snacks and other treats will be provided following the event. Shower facilities will also be open to all participants.
Awards: Overall female and male winners in both the 5K and 10K run will receive awards.
